Refund policy
For all FUN FACTORY CANADA toys purchased directly from FUN FACTORY CANADA, i.e. either through the online store at CA.FUNFACTORY.COM or in our former FUN FACTORY STORES, we offer a 25-year warranty upon presentation of a proof of purchase.
WARNING : Using oils and creams (sun oil and lotion, lip balm and sticks, essential oils, coconut oil, and any kind of cooking oil) can cause irreversible damage to the control unit and the entire toy. Please do not use any of the above-mentioned products in combination with a FUN FACTORY CANADA toy. Otherwise, you risk voiding your warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT : Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts : contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery .
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
We take product quality very seriously. All products undergo strict quality checks, but if something goes wrong:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
To report an issue, email us at funfactory@sexyliving.com with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Proof of purchase
Do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as our team may request it for inspection.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
